Submit a complaint
Email [email protected]. Put “Complaint” in the subject line so your message can be routed correctly.
What to include
- Your name and application or account reference, if available.
- A clear description of what happened and the dates involved.
- Copies of relevant messages or screenshots.
- The outcome you would like us to consider.
What happens next
The support team will review the information, request anything else needed and respond in writing. We do not publish a response-time promise until the applicable process and regulatory requirements have been verified.
External help
You may contact the consumer-finance regulator that applies where you live. The U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau also accepts complaints at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
Sensitive information
Do not email your password, online-banking login, one-time passcode or full Social Security number. Ask support for a secure way to provide documents when they are needed.
